80's Synthwave inspired VPS Avenger expansion with skin and add-on sample packs In the 80's Fairlight created the first commercial sampler. In the future we recreated this legendary machine on a synth with more capabilities but kept the incredible spirit. It's named FairVenger! Now available for VPS Avenger vst. The XP-80 was one of Roland's flagship digital Workstation Synthesizers. With extensive professional features, superb quality PCM sounds, sequencing, effects and more, the XP-80 could be the only synth you may ever need! Compared with earlier XP-series synths, the XP-80 adds a great 76-note semi-weighted keyboard for a realistic playing experience.

Roland XP80 is the oldest known synthesizer which is used by many musicians. We decided to produce a virtual version of this powerful instrument. The sounds of the instrument can still be considered topical to the creation of modern music.
A beautiful and easy interface allows you to configure the virtual instrument sounds your taste. Virtual instrument has different capabilities and has different effects such as reverb, chorus, delay and so on…

Overview
76 velocity semi-weighted keys Channel Aftertouch sensitive. Main panel features a 320 x 80 backlit display, 7 sliders, a data encoder and a pitch bender.

polyphony: 64 voices or TONES. A basic pacth is composed by 4 tones PCM samples

8 Mb ROM holds 448 PCM at 16-bits waves split in 2 families:
- 193 PCM percussive and chromatic one-shot
- 255 PCM instruments
XP80 can be expanded using SR-JV cards into the available 4 slots.
Structure
the tones can be combined in 10 different signal paths or structures inspired from D50 synthesizer technology These are pre-fixed audio patch that connects the 2 pair of tones into variable setups mixed with audio elements such as amplifier, filter and digital processes.

TVF Time-Variant Filter offers 4 modes: lowpass, bandpass, highpass and peaking
